We are experienced WorkCover accredited physiotherapists that specialise in the prevention and treatment of occupational injuries. We work with our clients to reduce lost time injury rates, reduce workers' compensation premiums and build enhanced workplace culture and staff engagement.
We work alongside a General Practitioner Network within a team of Allied Health Professionals. Whether your injury was sustained at Home, in the Workplace, in the Car or on the Sports Field, we will offer a collaborative and consistent service within any of our Sydney Locations to minimise any confusion or frustration to what may already be a stressful situation.

Patrick Kubel
Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Patrick has over 10 years’ experience in rehabilitation and injury management. He has worked as a qualified personal trainer as well as an accredited exercise physiologist in the injury rehabilitation industry.
Patrick has also worked with elite level athletes including the men’s and women’s NSW volleyball teams.

Andrew Roy
Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Andrew has varied experience in the world of Physiotherapy and injury management. He has worked in private practice’s in both Australia and Canada as well as nursing homes, occupational health.
Having completed numerous courses such as dry needling, shoulder and hip pain and facial mobility, Andrew utilises a wide variety of techniques to suit each patient’s needs.

Samuel L Antonas
Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Samuel has over 10 years’ experience in Occupational Health, specialising in the treatment of Persistent Pain Patterns and Postural Distortions. The majority of Samuel’s work has been within the Aviation Industry and working with Corporate Employees to prevent injury and tailor treatment programs specific to their Functional Role.
Samuel utilises a variety of techniques in his treatment sessions including Structural Integration, Body Reading, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Suction Cupping and Neurofascial Release.
Key areas of interest include: Working with the body’s fascia (connective tissue) to identify and correct long standing dysfunctional movement patterns to prevent injury and chronic pain.

Jessica MacDonald
Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Jessica has various experience in Physiotherapy including workplace and private practice.
Jessica has completed a variety of training including shoulder and dry needling courses. Jessica uses a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation to address each persons needs.
Jessica has a special interest in injury prevention in both private practice and occupational settings.

Juliann Desjardins
Physiotherapist
Juliann has worked in a number of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation clinics since 2012, where she started as a Registered Kinesiologist in Canada. In more recent years, she has primarily worked as a Physiotherapist in a Sydney-based private practice treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Juliann uses a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, strapping, and tailored exercise programs to suit each individual.

Stephen Batger
Physiotherapist/Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Following a career in the Australian Defence Force, Stephen has over 5 years’ experience working in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist. With a background assisting patients in the rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries and paediatric conditions, he currently works as a physiotherapist with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club.
Stephen loves working with elite athletes and having played several sports throughout his life, he has a passion for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions and the use of exercise as medicine for long-term improvement in function.

Harris Tambakis
Physiotherapist
Harris graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy following studies in Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
He has worked in many areas of physiotherapy including hospital, semi-professional and elite sports. His passion however lies in workplace onsite setting and private practice where Harris utilities a hands on approach coupled with individualised exercise programs to achieve set goals, reduce pain, prevent future injury and improve overall functional capacity.
Away from work Harris enjoys the simple things in life being active and playing sports with friends, spending time with his family (wife and daughter) and supporting his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
