Workplace Transition Program
The goal of the Workplace Transition Program is to support and safely reintegrate workers back into the workplace after a workers' compensation (WC) claim. The first six weeks after returning to work is a high-risk period for re-injury. This program aims to reduce the risk of re-injury. Our Program is targeted toward workers recovering from injury or have recently returned to Pre injury duties.
This program can also be beneficial when barriers have been identified which are best addressed onsite with the worker.
