Patrick is responsible for driving growth and expanding our company’s market presence by establishing and maintaining strong relationships to foster collaboration and facilitate business growth. As the primary point of contact for clients, Patrick oversees communication and reports on account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and overall account health.
Jessica MacDonald
Director of Reporting and Compliance
Specialising in program reporting and compliance, Jessica partners with organisations to ensure programs meet the ever-changing regulatory landscape. She also works collaboratively with clients to identify leading and lagging indicators to identify valuable insights into service delivery and opportunities for service improvement.
Bruce Williams
General Manager
​Bruce has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in injury management and team leadership within the construction, aviation, transport, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors within Australia and overseas. In his role as General Manager, Bruce is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team of occupational physiotherapists with a mandate to maximise the unique skill sets of the executive team to cohesively and efficiently ensure the effective delivery of all services.
Sam L Antonas
Director of Clinical Service Delivery
Sam develops and delivers our clinical services, drawing on over 20 years of expertise in occupational injury management. His experience includes roles such as physiotherapist, injury case manager, and rehabilitation consultant and rehabilitation counsellor. He has also mediated worker’s compensation claims for Australian Government and NSW Workers' Compensation claimants
Carly Goepel
Implementation and Change Consultant
Carly possesses over 20 years of experience in project delivery and change implementation within large, geographically dispersed organisations. She has successfully led change programs for a number of prominent institutions including NSW Health, Transport for NSW, the University of Sydney, and Macquarie University. Carly will work with our executive team throughout the service transition period to ensure the adoption of best practices and to establish a solid foundation for successful program delivery.
Andrew Roy
Director of Business Administration
Andrew is responsible for overseeing and directing the administrative functions of OccHealth Physiotherapy. This encompasses human resources, financial management, and the coordination of technological solutions to streamline administrative processes and enable OccHealth to remain an efficient organisation, reducing administrative costs to our clients.
